Visited the koo today . Ordered a panini which came with a side salad and fries . The fries came barely warm and in a metal bucket which should have kept the fries hot. If I wasn’t very hungry I would have sent them back .(wish I had done) My friend did end up having hers warmed up . Staff didn’t seem interested in responding to my chit chat while I was ordering .

Delicious food, and beautiful presentation. Shame about the service, slow and quite unwelcoming, very obvious they wanted us to pay and leave as soon as possible. The food was amazing, but the service has put us off for a while
