GUARANTEED to take your 550 deposit. Will charge you to paint your room, even after you paint it yourself. Will charge you cleaning, even after spending hours cleaning. Will promise they won’t charge extra fees, then will charge you after you move out. Do NOT stay here. Pay more for an apartment & you will save later.

I thought Seezeit’s service was just fine. Anna treated me with respect and always responded promptly and kindly to any of my requests. Sometimes people forget that working in accommodation can be hectic for people, and therefore lose patience with the service. Good job, Seezeit, and thank you for making my accommodation experience in Germany smooth and stress-free.

For all the good comments, check out their name and see where they are from and whether they are stuffs in Seezeit. Not recommended for international students. I have been here 3 years and Seezeit could be definitely one of the biggest reasons to make your study in Konstanz a nightmare. I have heard many complaints here from students all over the world, many of them have written complain letters a lot against the situations, such as rude and loud roommates, impolite Hausmeisters, fines... NO NEED TO DO SO BECAUSE MAKE NO CHANGES. Just pack everything and run!!!

the staff here is very unfriendly and irresponsible. I brought garbages down stairs and about to throw them away, when I reached the ground floor, saw there were some old clothes/bed sheets on the ground (with a note of \zum verschenken\, then the Hausmeister came out, accused me for putting these things (clothes and sheets) here and ask me to bring them out with very bad attitude. he simply pointed his finger on these stuff and said loudly and impolitly: \alles raus. jetzt ! alles muessen weg !\, even he doesn't sure if it was me. (of course it's not me for God's sake!) the apartment also has almost zero noise control. the staff will NOT handle the noise complaints in a WG, which is extremely irresponsible. The guy who lives in the WG keep playing loud music and have drink party almost every night, any complaint will end up disappeared. anyway if you have chance, just spend few more money to rent an common apartment and gain a much better experience.

One of the worst experience I have had if a dorm company does not even have the decency to respond. Now I can't return the deposit of 550 euros that I made, moreover I do not know how to pursue any legal actions in case that they remain indifferent.
