We went there an evening to grab some dessert. I had ice cream and I have to recommend the odd flavour like mastic gum or mulberry that were excellent. My girlfriend had pistacchio sort of baklava and it was good but too heavy to my taste. Go there if you want ice-cream or a coffee.

This Mado at the Swissôtel is really nothing special: Rude employees, slow service and not-so-good Food. Trust me, there are better cafes and restaurants in Alsancak.
The Tiramisu & Lemon Cheesecake were tasty. But matcha latte was a littke bit disappointing. I wish its taste was more rich but not necessarily bitter. It can be a little sweet. In the menu it said that the tiramisu is served with banana & a cup of americano, the matcha latte and the frappe are also served with cookies and mado chocolate. But we didn't get any of that.
