We had an unforgettable time there and the hosts were super caring and so kind to us. The rooms are very clean nice and quiet. There was really nothing we could complain about. Thanks a lot Cağri and Demet for all you did for us.

I stayed here for few weeks this summer. The apartments are very clean with new and nicely decorated furniture. It is run by a local family they are very helpful people. The location was also perfect walking distance to alsancak, basmane metro, even to kemeralti. A lot of restaurants mainly local homemade cuisine. I also enjoyed evenings in the kulturpark where you can jog, exercise or have tea in the cafe next to the tennis hall. I definately recommend this aprtment for stays in Izmir.
My experience in Deka houses was remarkable. Deke house’s staffs are friendly and helpful. Deka houses are close to every sort of public transportation which gives you a huge advantage in a city like Izmir, moreover, it is 20 minutes walk to the downtown from Deka houses, also Deka houses are located in a very cozy neighborhood, but the most important advantage of the Deka house was its hygiene special in these times hygiene is a must.
I had a great 3 week stay here. Its a secure, clean and well-managed building and Çağrı and his mother are so helpful. The neighbourhood is peaceful and its a short walk to the centre. Also "Joker" the cat is adorable!

We stayed for longer time in the apartment and we had only good experience. Owner and her family are very kind people always ready to help. Speaking very good english. Place was very clean. Hope to see you again this year :)
