Worst company DTDC and worst dealer. No one seem to be bothered. Booked the delivery on 26/08/2017 with a guaranteed delivery on 28/08/2017. The parcel did not even reach the destination city at DTDC ofc on 28/08/2017. The online tracking of DTDC I am not sure why they have it coz it does not track anything. The customer care is only thru email where it seems only robots work. The nos they have no one picks up. Coming to the dealer inspite of being helpful to track the order shows attitude as if it not his concern once the parcel has left his place. Finally the parcel reached late evening on 30/08/2017 and food item that was sent was not in good condition. Kudos to the dealer and the company for the awesome courier experience.
