Surprised by some of the bad reviews, as I've always had great food, either in store or delivery. The chicken katsu is excellent, and the portions are huge!

I really love the Kokoro chain. The Putney kokoro is the best one I've been. The service is amazing. The portions are great. Very clean in store and social distancing signs. The two ladys that served me, deserve a pay rise. Today at around 18:50-19:10. Everything was impeccable, will be visting more. Thanks alot!

This is how looks the salmon sashimi box I received today. Also, I didn't receive sticks from the delivery. Please don't blame the driver but make sure you put them nicely in the box next time for delivery!

The food arrived so quick from deliveroo! I had a feeling it was going to be just reheated old food and boy was I right! Disappointed as when fresh it’s actually really nice

I used to go to the branch in Croydon and it was good but I feel like this was too salty. Also this food is considered fast food so don't expected gourmet. Overall the place is ok and good if you want a quick bite to eat.
