Great people and a great place to do business. Went to Tennessee on vacation and stopped by here to check out a bike on the way home.Talked to Adam in sales and was very pleased with the straightforward and honest answers. We ended up driving five hours back down here a week later to buy the bike. Would definitely recommend this place and will be back in the future.

I am absolutely pleased with the customer service I received from Jeff and Kurt. Jeff was there to answer all of my questions. He was extremely patient since it was my first time purchasing a bike, and his knowledge made it easy to make a decision. Jeff is definitely great at what he does!
Wow, this place is awesome. They have a huge selection if product in multiple buildings and floors. Customer service is excellent. Elliott was a great salesperson, he took me to parts and Sammy went out of her way to take care of my purchases, then Kurt did a great job with finance. I highly recommend this dealership!

I don’t usually write reviews, but let me explain this one. I live in South Florida,but work eastern Tennessee. So naturally I tried a local dealership 1 mile from my house. Not only did they give me a hard time about ordering one. They tried to make me choose from their current stock. Mind you this is a huge dealer spread out down here. Obviously having a dealer this close is why it’s my first choice. But then I work near mountain Motorsports,and this is where I’ll be doing most of my spring summer riding. So one quick 10 min phone call to Tony. I had the machine I wanted ordered done. Literally quick as ordering food. Was told about 5 weeks,and not to worry about a thing. I wasn’t worried a bit. But of course as soon as I drive home to Florida it comes in lol. So I asked for a couple days,and without any problems worked with me every single time. Couldn’t be any easier,or stress free. Kept him updated. Showed up my machine was ready outside. Signed some papers,strapped up was heading south. Point is. If I’m willing to deal with someone multiple states away just for good service. This place is worth every penny. It’s to the point,quick,fast,easy,and a painless buying experience. No B.S
