I had an amazing experience today at The Gilded Gown in Knoxville, TN! We drove an hour from our hometown just for an appointment here and they DID NOT disappoint. I fell in love with a dress online and they already had it ready for me to try on when I got there. I actually ended up in another gorgeous gown that I did NOT want to take off! Also, I want to give an extra big shout out to Diane for being so sweet, patient, and honest with me the entire time! I was NOT rushed as she helped me try on multiple dresses and made sure they fit perfectly. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Diane for making me feel special! You are truly a blessing!

I had a great experience at The Gilded Gown. I never planned on buying a dress at a store but couldn't pass up the one I found here. Our stylist spent almost 3 hours with me and let me try on over 10 dresses, which worked out because I picked number 11. I felt like a princess and yes, I made the groom cry. We even got the dress and veil on sale so that made me even happier.

I found my dream dress for only 500 at the gilded gown! A dress that would most likely cost 1200 at David’s bridal. The atmosphere is amazing and the workers are extremely sweet! The girl helping me truly wanted to help me find my dream dress and it didn’t feel like I was just another person they’re trying to get money from and out the door! The nice thing as well is that you buy and take the dress home with you that day and if you buy the dress there all their accessories and veils are 50% off! They had a cute wall to take pictures at and also sent me home with a goodie bag of candles, bath and body work soaps, etc! 10/10 recommend! I said yes to my dress!

Omg the Gilded Gown is amazing! The store is so clean not stuffy like upscale and you can't touch anything. You are made to feel welcome. Allowed to pick several dresses at a time they also pick a few they think would look good on you. The lady that helped us was so nice and knowledgeable and it was actually the dress I said yes to!!

Wonderful experience with my daughter’s friend, her mom and two other friends helping her decide on her wedding dress. They have lots of selections, some even on sale and the most helpful staff. Decor and accessories are gorgeous with ample fitting rooms and chairs for friends. I loved this place. The only drawback is it’s in East town mall or Knoxville Center, whatever they call it now. It looks like a ghost town in the mall; so many shops are closed. Belks and Bed & Bath are going out, too. It the mall being renovated or closing for good? We couldn’t get a firm answer. I hope they can make it work. The Gilded Gown is great! I wish them much success. ️
