I initiated the offer and negotiated the sale via internet and phone. My sales rep, Will Leach was very knowledgeable and helpful in this process. We agreed on a price pending inspection and test ride. Bike was as described and better! Ride was very satisfying and the sale closed. Will continued to answer my numerous questions. Dealing with Lane, the financial director was smooth and positive. After the sale was complete, the good service continued. Will loaded the bike on our pick up with their lift and we both secured it down for the 500 mi ride home. He even aired up our tires on the truck! Going above and beyond. Would do business with them in a heartbeat. They both made this an enjoyable event.
