Right off the bat, the staff was super welcoming and friendly. The nigiri that I got was a super great quality! Definitely a spot that I would regularly go to if it were in my hometown. My only regret is that I didn't get to try everything that they have to offer. Definitely go and give them a shot.

Stop through here on a business trip and was not disappointed. I had the Tonkotsu Ramen. They tweaked the dish a bit and in place of chashu was crispy pork belly! It was the first time I've had it that way and it was phenomenal... The broth was excellent as well! Highly recommend!

This place is the BEST! I haven't found a ramen place that I've fallen wholeheartedly in love with yet...till I found this place! The Ramen itself is phenomenal; in fact, it's got to be the best I've ever had. I had the Tori Shio. That chicken? Some of the most flavorful chicken I've tasted in my life! Not to mention, my friend and I also indulged in two of their whiskey flights, and my goodness, every single one of them was a hit! Their 10 year Yame Japanese whiskey is a fan favorite of mine, but coming in a close second is Tenjaku whiskey. To wrap this up, I also want add the customer service is amazing. Alyssa was the sweetest, never missed a beat, and was super helpful in her suggestions for both drink and food. We also had another kind gentleman offer us a sample of the Tenjaku whiskey, which is now my favorite, and I couldn't be more grateful. Seriously, if you're looking for a ramen shop, look no more!

The best Sake and Ramen in Knoxville! Forget Nama and Wasabi. This place is the best! So cozy and casual. Sake on tap! Just absolutely wonderful!

Im very shocked so many people like this place. It’s so over priced! Severs and everyone does a great job, but who though up the menu? Also you should come up with friendly creations as well, so you could cater to everyone. Flavor was just not there. I came hungry and left hungry. If you leave full, jump twice and you’ll be hungry again. Maybe I’m just not trendy enough for the Old City. Not coming back.
