Came across Knowsley Domestics whilst searching the Internet for a specific fridge freezer that my elderly mother had chosen which was out of stock at other national suppliers. Kevin willingly checked with the manufacturers to confirm the stock situation and then offered a selection of alternative products. When my mum decided Kevin was able to arrange next day delivery. Pluses for this company, they normally answered the phone very quickly, their deliver options were timely, delivery was free (depends in address), paid after installation, friendly and efficient service. I would highly recommend - may not always be the cheapest but will be competitive and sometimes service and convenience are more important.

I spoke to Kevin today to arrange a repair call out. Kevin took me through some basic steps to clean the fitler on the machine which fixed the problem. Great honest and trustworthy service. Highly recommend. Thanks Kevin!!
I am not the type who is impressed that easily but I have to admit it. Knowsley Domestics is a world class business. Bought a Hob for new kitchen which had an issue, Kelvin quickly contacted the supply and arrange for a new hob and paid for the fitting with 2 days. Kelvin offered as the most wonderful customer service I have ever had. Thanks Kelvin, thanks the staff at Knowsley Domestics. Very happy to buy from you every time.
I live abroad and my elderly father lives in Kirkby. I rang Knowsley Domestics in the morning to say my fathers Fridge/Freezers was broken and needed replacing. They took the sizes, offered me three different Fridge/Freezers and gave me great advice on each one. By the afternoon they had delivered and installed the new one and then removed the old one. Brilliant service from a very helpful and knowledgeable staff. First class company.
Needed a whole new kitchen doing from scratch. Gareth and Kevin were always available from start to finish and the whole process from first visit for quote, being given a date for start and settling of invoice after ensuring complete satisfaction, everything went smoothly. Colin, the fitter, worked quickly and really efficiently, co-ordinating plumber, electrician, gas fitter and plasterer so that no time was wasted. A lovely job at a fair price, I can highly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thank you to the whole team.
