I used Knowsley Art glass for a recent Stained glass restoration job..... There etched glass range is amazing. They cut and toughened the sewlyn glass for me saving time and money. I received my delivery on time and it was very well packed. I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend. Great service.

The glass is absolutely brilliant and well wrapped in bubble wrap and card but the postage was charged @ 15 20% VAT this is rather inflated as the actual cost marked on package was 3.70.

Sadly we were very disappointed in this company and wont be using them again. Placed my order, struggled to get hold of them to actually pay and then was told it would be with me within 10-12 working days. I had carpenters booked in so i needed a specific date, which was given to me, but sadly it was not kept to and ended up running over the 12 working days and became 15 working days before receiving my item. No gesture of goodwill by refunding the 30 delivery fee and not one apology and was just told 'its not end of the world' and 10-12 working days is just a 'rough guide'; which is great for those who don't have to pay for the carpenter to come in an additional day just because they couldn't keep within 10-12 working days. The joys of great customer service.
