Very well known black taxi Knowledge school but I'm really disappointed for their customers service. I'm already learning from there first 80 runs but recently last 2 weeks I have been trying to contact them for buying rest of the 240 runs books but no luck. I called them, email them even during office hours on their website was live chat option I tried to but no one responded. Last thing I tried visited their office 5/05/20 but office was closed although in their website office still open 9 to 19.30. I know we are in difficult times but you should update your website if you are still in business. I know there is a option I can buy from your website but how can I trust you when I don't get any response from you? Now days people have more than one options.

Possibly the best Knowledge of London black taxi training school. Certainly the most successful, having helped gain qualification for more licensed taxi drivers than any other that I know of. Excellent teaching methods delivered by vastly experienced licensed taxi drivers. Classroom sessions, one to one advice and a nice shop stocking a full range of study material for the student including maps, blue books, literature and stationery. Items for the driver include money trays, wallets, badge holders, receipt books etc.
