I love Knot and always make an excuse to go out of my way to buy at least one pretzel when I'm in London. I have only visited this site and the Richmond store, but I have found the quality consistent and customer service excellent. Highly recommended the Nutella Pretzels for a treat.
I got led on by the pretzels and sweet deals on the coffee; today it was cash only as the card machine had stopped working but luckily as this was Victoria Station, there were many cash machines on hand! Got a large mocha, and 2 pretzels for under 9.50; the quality and value for money for what you buy isn't as good as Auntie Anne's but it's a long shot better what you'd expect in the Costa coffee nearby; you're presented with many choices for milk substitutes in your drink so pretty much anyone is catered for and the pretzels have a nice blend of sweet and savoury; knowing this fact, it's possible to have breakfast, lunch, and dinner here... Just so long as you like pretzels!
