We have recently sold our listed house in Tenterden using Simon Biddulph at Knight Frank’s Tunbridge Wells office. He is extremely pleasant to deal with - exceptionally so - and despite an abortive sale last summer he persevered until we sold to another couple. He took a lot of trouble not only in negotiations but also as the transactions progressed. The back up team in the office was very efficient over the brochure, advertising and viewings. Knight Frank normally show viewers round and had very pleasant ladies for that task, involving many viewings. That said, the only 2 offers made were from viewers whom we showed round; that may be coincide, but as reasonably calm sellers we may have projected a fuller and warmer offering. I would strongly recommend Simon and his office.

We had a long delay in getting our sale to the point of exchange. Simon was extremely supportive and went beyond the call of duty to help this process.
