We bought our house through Nick and the team and cannot recommend them enough. We were very specific in our criteria and knew it would take a while to find the right place. Nick quickly understood the brief and kept in touch every month to check on our progress. He never wasted our time with pointless viewings. That meant when he rang to say we should immediately see a new property, we listened to him. End result was an offer was made and accepted within 48 hours of him taking on the property and before it went on the market. What really differentiated Nick was he didn’t stop working after the offer was accepted like other estate agents might: he progress chased us, the vendors and both solicitors at every step to close down completion quickly. Excellent service all round.
