I purchased a book from David described as \fine\, but when I received the book, to my horror, many of the pages did not open at the bottom and were therefore unreadable without serious delicate alteration. When I challenged David with this issue he quoted \The copy sent to you is not defective in my opinion.....\ Needless to say, I won't be ordering from this charlatan again!
