Old style butchers I don’t think anything has changed in 20 years but why change perfection. Great quality meat good price and knowledgable family. Make sure you get their early as once it’s gone it’s gone and they close for the day and to be honest that’s the way is should be. That way meat doesn’t get bought, prepared and wasted which can be crippling for a small independent business and everything that’s bought in and prepared is sold on.
Without doubt the absolute best sausages you can get, along with local black pudding, pork pies and sausage rolls. Be quick everything goes.

Fillet of beef for Christmas day beef Wellington.... Delicious melted in the mouth, even enjoyed it cold next day. Highly recommend.
