Sehr toller Service. Äusserst freundliches, unkompliziertes Telefonat. Messer per Post 3 Tage später zugestellt erhalten und das kurz vor Weihnachten. Top! Herzlichen Dank!

Horrible attitude and service from a female shop assistant there! Not helpful at all and the way she talked to me just made me sick... Swiss people are great and this is the worst shopping experience I ever have! Disappointed!

If you find yourself in Bern, the Klötzli shop is definitely a place to check out! Gorgeous displays full of beautifully crafted things & a friendly staff to answer all of your questions.
