Very lovely restaurant, nice staff with friendly service. 7 of us had a raclette dinner last Friday and are happy with the restaurant. Will definitely recommend and return. :)

Atmosphere was great. Comfy and traditional Swiss style restaurant. Service excellent and quick when seeing your drink is empty. Good cheese fondue. Good also fondue Chinoise. Recommendable.
The best fondue place in Zurich. Offering a mountain chalet experience in the city. Warm, loud, happy. Several Fondue varieties we were a group of 13 and we agreed that the Champagne truffle tasted best. For 33 Chf per person quite fair. The service is very friendly and know their product. Look forward to trying their summer grills as well.
A very cool and nice restaurant with chalet feeling. In the middle of the restaurant is a fire, which also provides a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food was very delicious, the salad as an appetizer, as a main course we had two different fondues, both tasted amazing and for dessert the applecake. From a to z a very nice evening, would like to come back. :)

Amazing atmosphere, friendly waiters, delicious fondue (\de luxe\ one was amazing) and very quick service. They also have other dishes in case not everybody likes fondue :)
An awesome experience of food, but quite a poor experience of attention and service. The staff is always superbusy, and running around. So you almost need to stand up and call them for anything. Well ... once they come to you ... make sure to order everything you want .... else you might need to wait again for their attention. Meanwhile... enjoy the melted cheese for sure.... that almost makes up for all the lack of service !!
