This is one of the best schools in Thailand [comes with a very high price though]. Located at the center of Bangkok city, the school has a long history of its own. It has organized several international programs for students and also partnered with United Nations on events such as Global Goals World Cup Football. In 2017, the NIST school in partnership with Unites Nations Development Programme (UNDP) organized what they called \Global Goals World Cup\ in which famous US TV series star, Nikolaz Coster Waldau, aka Jaime Lannister joined as a referee. He is a Goodwill Ambassador of United Nations for Sustainable Development Goals. The NIST school organized the football match among several teams to raise awareness on the Global Goals or the Sustainable Development Goals. The school has been able to bring together best teachers from across the world and they include both native English speakers, Thai and other nationals. In terms of accessibility, the best way to go to school is via regular boat service or BTS, which are a good way to avoiding the killing traffic of Bangkok. One weaker side of the school, however, is it right at the heart of the city and therefore students do not get the chance to breath fresh air, which would have been possible had the school been located in the outskirts of the city. Traffic jam is a regular phenomenon if you use road. And it is ridiculously costly. This makes it impossible for a normal person to send his/her kids to this school.

I've been to 7 schools and NIST was the best. I have no words for NIST; its community, diversity and environment; any word to appreciate it would fall short. I wish I could have graduated from NIST. I miss NIST so much and would love to find a way to contribute to my alma mater as an adult.
