I ordered a Roland Go smartphone mixer online with this company. Received my tracking number for my item and then waited. Looked on the PostNL website today to see if there was a delivery update. Nothing at all. I contacted the company for info regarding info for when my item will be delivered and was told there is none in stock and they cancelled my order. I was also told that as I used Klarna to pay later for my items this is not good as it takes a long time for the company to be paid by them. If you do not like the way Klarna does business then why offer a way for me to use it at checkout. Never bothered to notify me when they cancelled my order until I made contact with them. I work in customer service for a worldwide business and wouldnt dream of dealing with my potential or existing customers in such a way. If you like poor customer service then I would advise you purchase from this company.
