Amazing lodge - 5 star hospitality and guiding. Luxury in the middle of the bush with incredible views and even better game sightings. Couldn't recommend it more and cannot wait to go back!

The Magic of the Klaserie I’ve been on many safari trips at the major national parks as well as private reserves in SA, however my recent trip to Klaserie Drift is by far my favourite and most memorable of all. The resort itself is beautiful and chic with the River view room providing stunning panoramic views of the reserve and the Klaserie river. The meals were fabulous, with the chef ensuring all dietary requirements were taken care of, without compromising on taste or elegance. The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived to our parting “bon voyage”, which created a warm and friendly environment. While the décor, food and ambience created a high quality experience, the game drives were the highlight of our trip. Our incredible guide, Emily, brought a certain level of excitement to each game drive, that was different to the next as each drive revealed a unique viewing experience. While these were thrilling, she was always respectful of the animals in each of our interactions, which created deeper and more meaningful encounters as the animals seemed to be at ease around us. The magic of this resort doesn’t lie in one individual component but is instead a culmination of the warmth and passion of its people, and their ability to create magical, memorable moments for their guests, throughout their stay. I am certainly looking forward to my next safari adventure with the team

The week I spent at Misava Safari Camp was an unforgettable experience! The tranquility was exactly what I needed. It is definitely a beautiful place to be peaceful and one with nature. They only had my wellbeing at heart. Excited to go again soon!

The experience my husband and I had at the Klaserie safari camp was amazing. The greeting and introduction by all the staff who were warm and accommodating made us feel welcomed and special. The food was delicious and and served beautifully in an amazing setting overlooking some of the most breath taking views. The safari was a lifetime experience with the knowledge and enthusiasm of Emily and Nick taking us on an unbelievable journey into the bush. We saw most of the big 5 but even more so, we saw animals in their own habitat. The knowledge they imparted was so unique and interesting and when someone says it’s a trip of a lifetime it truly is. Thank you all and hopefully one day we will be lucky enough to return.

My husband and I had an amazing experience staying at Klasserie Drift Safari Camp. The camp was extremely comfortable with good facilities and f&b. The best part of the trip was the safaris! The amount of animals we saw was incredible, and seeing them in their nature habitat, up close and personal was so overwhelming, like nothing we’d ever experienced. Our guide was called Emily, and she was so experienced in where to find the animals, she knew the best times of day to see them, either freely roaming around or feeding. She was extremely knowledgable about the animals and taught us a lot of interesting facts. Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience!

If you are looking for a tranquil enviroment to spend time with what nature has to offer, this is just the perfect spot! Geniunely friendly staff, amazing food and a safari experience with guides that are passionate & knowledgable. Had some fantastic sightings and sun sets that can only be experienced in the african bush!

Had such a superb stay. Lodge was luxurious and amazing, staff went above and beyond to cater to our every need, we felt like royalty! The game viewing was out of this world, the wildlife seem to congregate along the Klaserie River so every game drive was full of incredible sightings. The food was delicious. Can't wait to go back!
