Sorry to be blunt, but this is a bog standard OMV. The only let down was the lack of information that lead to me getting a fine stating that you have to get a highway permit which I then had to purchase there. If you are driving through CZ... be sure to stop at the first gas station to get a highway toll registration sticker.
