Really poor effort from manager and staff. Poorest customer service I have recieved at one of these stores. Standard answer was, I'm sorry I just can't help you with that. Update. Customer service and product knowledge continues to be negligent. I will honestly not buy a product from one of your stores again. Even the online help told me to phone a different store based on a basic question. This is just plain laziness. Your staff is definitely overpaid.
Love the Xbox one stuff but is there caps for the controller thumbsticks?
Amazing. I go here for any problems and get great customer service. They price match as well which is absolutely amazing. Would definitely recommend going here over anywhere else.

They always have a limited selection when going into the source but their employees always seemed friendly and they want to help
More of a Source "express" everything I asked about had to be ordered in. Dashcam, GoPro, accessories. Handy store for Kitimat for little things
