Carly is such a kind, caring and approachable teacher and because of this her Dru yoga classes are AMAZING! She has an infectious giggle and her calming voice during deep relaxation immediately washes away any stresses you might have. I always leave her classes feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and refocused. I highly recommend her classes to everyone!

Carly is a wonderful Yoga teacher We are on a Meditation course together and have been working together in teaching practice. I always look forward to when it’s Carly’s turn. Her teaching is an inspiration to my teaching I can’t wait to go to her Yoga and Meditation day on the 3rd of November! Highly recommend
I have been attending Carly’s Dru Yoga classes for over two years now. The style of yoga has been life changing. I used to suffer with continual back pain and since going to these classes, I don’t suffer at all. Carly is a warm, welcoming teacher and I would highly recommend her classes to anyone.
