Decent standard diner food, but they also have good souvlaki and fish. Check them out. Review #2: We visited again tonight ... and I have to say, I all was very good. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, both of our meals were really good, and the portions were large ... too large as well we couldn't finish either of our meals. We'll be back ... Solid 5/5 stars.
This place is first-rate and spacious, the menu was delightful and the rates were very inexpensive. rapidly, productive service and very attentive staff. Highly recommended.
Excellant Menu is Good Ole Fashion,Hot Hamburger, Mashed potatoes gravy. Excellent taste to mention favorite. We never tire of the amazing people who prepare and serve. Well worth the wait to be seated!
Always a good time at Whimpy’s Diner. Staff are usually always a great time and the food is consistently cooked every time! Only reason it’s not a 5 star is during my visit today the apple pie I had with my meal was soggy. I’m a huge pie guy so it was a little disappointing from one of my favourite late breakfast spots in town. The burgers also are amazing if you have the appetite and are okay getting a little messy depending which you decide to order! Would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for reasonably priced breakfast/lunch/ or dinner in Kitchener with a cool classic old diner feeling!
