westheights chiropractic clinic is amazing! My partner and I where first introduced by my sister in law. My partner had got an injury and nothing was helping. We where referred and started seeing Dr Ryan. He quickly was able to help my partner. I saw his great work and started to see him myself as I am a nurse and struggle with lots of issues myself. Almost two years later here we are and I feel amazing! It’s been awesome going here, feel like I’m part of the family. The office staff are always so welcoming and friendly. They are all so easy going. I would and will recommend the office and Dr. Ryan to anyone.

Dr.Ryan and his staff are the most welcoming, professional and knowledgeable practice I have been to in my over 20 years experience going to chiropractor's. Dr.Ryan and his team stay up to date with all of the latest technologies/methods and are able to adjust you in a way that suits you. I suffered from a serious back injury from a skiing accident 3 years ago that left me unable to walk without crutches. Dr.Ryan and his team were a huge help in my recovery, working with me to tailor my treatments to give me the best recovery possible. I highly recommend Dr.Ryan and his team to anyone looking to start going to the chiropractor for the first time or anyone looking for a better experience. The friendly and knowledgeable staff have kept me coming back for over 5 years now.

If Dr Ryan truly has a medical condition that prevents him from wearing a face mask, the least he could do would be to wear a face shield at all times and not just when a client requests it. Putting the responsibility on the client to request for him to put on a mask/wear a shield is unacceptable in my opinion. Yes, people should advocate for themselves but not everyone is going to feel comfortable to request this as it is a hot topic and can come across as \confrontational\. It should just be a given that if you are dealing with the public you should at minimum have a face shield. I also notice in another review you just gloss over the fact that he encourages clients to also take of their masks as well. If he does have a medical condition, wouldn't it be a good idea for those around him to wear a mask to protect him since is \high risk\?

I've been seeing Dr. Ryan for about a year now and have always had great experiences and service. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. I've had reduced back and neck pain since having regular adjustments, and less headaches too. My only issue right now is the fact that they don't really care if people wear masks right now, and even have a big notice on a TV in the lobby saying that medical facilities are exempt from the by-law, and it's a choice if we want to wear one there. I feel like that should apply more to medical clinics where clients can be distanced from physicians. With chiropractic care, the Dr. is leaning right over you and sometimes their face is less than a foot away from yours. Dr. Ryan (I believe he is the owner of the clinic) is anti-mask, and has said he doesn't think they are effective and so does not wear them. He said he will wear a face shield if someone prefers him to have a covering. I feel like they all should, since there is such close contact with this type of care. I understand the receptionists not wearing one as they are behind plastic sheets and distanced from customers. I saw Dr. Aaron, as well as the lady who does assessments wear masks when with clients - but I really think the owner, Dr. Ryan, should be as well (and not telling clients when they see him that they can take theirs off if they want). At least a face shield all the time if not a mask. Even if they're exempt from the by-law, trey should still encourage use of masks as it is encouraged by Public Health. Overall still great care in the actual adjustments though and I still am visiting. They work hard to ensure only one person in lobby at a time. Wish they could have direct billing set up too for insurance, but not a big deal.

Excellent customer service from start to present. Dr Ryan is very friendly, knowledgeable and i felt very comfortable on my first day as he ensures that you understand your treatment so you are aware of what is happening and you know the different types. I would definitely recommend
