With so many testimonials I could only imagine COVID has taken a toll on their services. Realizing shortage of skilled resources they have walked away from a residential snow removal contract leaving me disappointed and disturbed. In this time of heightened anxiety I don’t want to disrepute any business. I wish Wendell good luck and hope they will rebuild and return back strong. We signed up with Wendell Properties last winter for driveway, path and sidewalk snow removal. Their service was phenomenal. As other reviews have mentioned, they were very responsive and professional. We had no issues and would highly recommend.
We hired Wendell Properties last year for the winter snow removal. The quote we got in a very short time was fare, so we sent them the money and waited for the snow to fall. It snowed a few days before the contract would start, but we got an email that they will come out and clear the driveway and sidewalk earlier. Every time it snowed after that, ( and we had lots of snow last winter! ), the email will come during the day telling us when the crew will arrive and clear. Sometimes even two times a day ! They were very diligent ,never missed a snow fall, cleared all the snow to the door...We were very impressed with the quality of their service , so we are hiring them again for the coming winter !
