I love this hotel every second room is a girl willing to do anything for a couple of bucks and the room beside her is a dealer with anything you need. If you're on the run you don't need ID there to rent a room you just need a bit of cash nobody needs to know you're there. All you need to do is just find a place in the parking lot and say hello to the locals and make some friends and they'll find anything you want long as you got a bit of flow.

Non-smoking room smelled completely of smoke, fan in bathroom broken, holes in bathroom door, shady people make it very uncomfortable to stay. Didn't get ID'd, floors are clearly not cleaned.
Maybe the worst motel in all of Waterloo region. This is more of a flop house rather than motel.

Rooms were clean-ish... Room was noted as "non-smoking", but there were cigarette burns in the carpet and nicotine stains on the walls. Grouting in the bathroom had mold. Didn't smell bad, though! Biggest issue here is the low prices attracts some... Interesting... patrons. Lots of sketchy activity at night, including drugs and prostitution.
Overtaken by drug attics and the homeless. The manager was arguing with a cracker when we arrived to check in. We peeled out of there and didn’t look back. Time to clean up.

Love the caring staff. The rooms are very clean and are neat. Loved using the swimming pool to unwind from a busy day. A lot of restaurants in walking distances.
