2 Stars for the super nice lady photographer and 3 Stars off because of the super expensive service. 31 for 2 passport size photos. 7.5 in Costco. :(

The sweet gentleman helped me understand how to use the computer to find the picture I wanted. He instructed me through the process, than left so that I had my privacy. The picture turned out beautifully, he trimmed it and I ask If I could just put the picture straight into the frame. He was so sweet and allowed me to put my picture into the frame. He smiled, was very sweet and understood that I didn't want the picture to be rolled up. Very happy, I will be back soon for more enlargements.

I don't think there could be a word with better than \horrible\. About to pick up my pictures and guy at the desk told me those were deleted and got new pictures which has 200% lighiting and asked to take again and I got the reply he took 1000 pictures a day and nobody complained. I bet you to show me 1000 appointment for today.
