Way better service than over the phone. I like virgin, except for their customer service over the phone. Raffi was able to help me with my issue in 5 minutes, while the night before I was on the phone for half an hour about the same issue with the general customer service line, and didn't even get anywhere. Great customer service, I'd definitely recommend going in person to see the guys at kiosk instead of over the phone.

I've been a Fido member for some time now but I felt like my needs were eventually neglected. A friend of mine refered me to Virgin Mobile. That's where I met Devon. Devon was clear, concise and nothing short of accomodating. Him being extremely approachable and easy to talk to, I was able to ask questions and express my needs as a customer. In turn, Devon went above and beyond. Hearing the confidence in his voice while talking about Virgin Mobile, the Huawei phones and the different plans that were suitable to me - really made me feel valued. I really felt like I was in good hands. Thanks to Devon, I canceled my term with Fido and switched to Virgin not only with a state of the arts smart phone, but an incredible phone plan!!!! Thank you so much to Devon Toom. Having someone so friendly and helpful really just melts the anxiety of getting a new phone away completely. Terrible service. I have been a virgin member for 4 years before entering the store to receive my eligible phone upgrade at the end of my current plan. The phone I wanted, the Samsung S20, was apparently not carried on-hand anytime, and had to be "ordered in". I was told an estimate of around 1-week. No big deal. A week and a half later I call back only to find out that the phone has not arrived as it was a "popular phone", which if the phone was that popular why wouldn't they carry it in-store is astounding. I was told it might take a little longer. Once again, no big deal. Two and a half weeks after my first inquisition, I call back for the second time. They answer and tell me that: 1. They tried to call me the day before (which I did not have any calls missed). 2. The phone has now gone up in price a substantial amount, and I should "wait" for when it goes down again. This, of course, they don't know the exact time of, and I wouldn't trust their estimate anyway. It's ironic actually, because either they purposely failed to call me, hoping to get more money from me knowing my high anticipation and low patience at this point, or their call services failed due to the company's poor LTE service. Either way, virgin's fault. For some reason, they do not have a system of allowing new phone contracts to be created without the use of the physical phone, a sort of "raincheck" if you will. I would then get the guarantee of the phone I want, at the price I want, regardless of their in-store quantity. Even without the fact that my seniority at virgin should have been accounted for, I recommend any new buyers or current members of virgin walk the extra 20 meters to the Rogers, Bell or really any other mobile carrier. You can get the same phones virgin sells for a better price with reliable available products.
I hooked up 3 lines here for a great price. They have super competitive plans and their staff is awesome.
