Had what I was looking for. Very helpful on the phone. Easy to pay during lockdown. Great selection. Wish you could return unopened/unused items here if necessary. Very cluttered but great choice of stuff. Decent prices.

I had purchased a 9 balloon bouquet at this location for a surprise party tonight. Initially it was beautiful, the young lady packed it into a bag and told me to turn the heat off in the car until I got home. As I was driving home one popped, but I did not go back as i had to get back to work and didn't think one missing balloon was a big deal. I got it home and immediately unpacked it and left it in the house. Less than a few hours a family member called me at work to let me know that the bouquet of balloons are popping. As mentioned earlier it was for a birthday party tonight so I made a phone call to the store and explained to them what had happened and see if they could make a new one provided I had the pictures. The lady on the phone was very rude and unpleasant to speak with. Her response to my concern was that she had NEVER heard of this happening before. Really? So I'm just going to buy balloons and then pop them myself and call and complain? She didn't offer a solution and finally concluded that the only thing she can do is refund me for the popped balloons and that I had to bring the broken pieces of balloons back to her. It was obvious that it was not possible for me to go back and forth and the party was to start. So I decided I will never come back here again and the service was horrible !

I love this party store! The staff are very friendly and helpful. They do a great job with balloon bouquets. Prices vary, some items are a little pricey but reasonable.

The owner was very friendly & helpful. She helped me get exactly what I was looking for. The only negative thing I would say is that it is not wheelchair friendly as the aisles are very narrow. If you have party/event supplies needs check them out as they had lots to offer.

They always make me a fantastic balloon bouquet when we are celebrating a birthday. The bouquet lasts for much much longer than promised, the picture below shows the bouquet almost 2 weeks out and it's still holding up well! Also lots of decorations and colour choices for your party decor needs. I never go anywhere else in town.
