We contacted Craig to inquire about a new router as our existing router had terrible signal and in many parts of our home we could not use our wifi. We went with his recommendation and he showed up on time and the work was done almost instantly as he had done the set-up ahead of time! This was great because we were back online with only mere moments of \downtime\. We are very happy with the new router and we get great signal everywhere!
