I was told it might take a week to get my Samsung A11 case in. It was in the next day. It was Best Buy that sent me, wouldn't even order it for me - and now we all know about an alternative to getting our repairs done. "Just call" she encourages us. On another note, since covids around for a while, let's do our best to just send one family rep in wherever possible. There are many older frailer than I needing to stand outside in those lines. They only need to register with an abnormal temp somewhere and carry the stamp of INFECTED!!! without judge or jury!! Thx uBiF!!
Was very impressed. Brought my daughters Nintendo Switch in to fix an over heating issue it had. Figured it was an internal fan issue, and they took the time to test the Switch to be certain there wasn't more to the issue and had the system repaired far sooner then we had ever imagined. Now my daughter can play online with her friends again without her system crashing on her. Thank you uBreakiFix

I was very impressed with the wonderful service that I had received! He was very professional and got the repairs done in the same day, which was VERY much appreciated as I live out of town about an hour away, so that was a godsend! Quality of work was also A1! I had my google Pixel 3XL battery replaced (was faulty), and a new finger print censor installed, after discovering that the battery damage must have caused the old sensor to fail (caught by the service rep, forget his name now?). Great job!! :)
Was very happy with the overall experience. The staff was very friendly and very informative. Everything was explained in a clear and concise manner. The battery replacement was reasonably priced - pretty consistent with the area to be honest. I also opted to get the matte screen protector since it was for a discounted rate with the purchase of my repair and I LOVE it. So much better than the shiny screen protectors on the market. I'll definitely be back if I need any future repairs or service.
The staff was great and explained everything and the warranty. Part for my Pixel were OEM and backed by Google. The staff did a great job of testing the phone was working before hand and after. We have always trusted uBreakiFix with our Pixel fleet of devices. Their price is fair and reasonable. I would recommend these guy to anyone that needs a phone fixed. As an IT guy I have tried to fix these phones and it's just not worth doing it yourself just go here.
