I bought a large playhouse which I couldn't get in my car! The staff at this Fairway location is top notch. Went out of their way to help me. From answering the phone to pick up I was so pleased with such a kind and friendly staff.

Store manager went above and beyond to help me exchange a defective product quickly and painlessly in time for my baby's due date.
Originally, I wrote this review stating that I have had a really poor experience every single time I have shopped with Toys R Us or Babies R Us. In the past they really were not good experiences. But I have chosen to edit this review to reflect a more positive experience I had today. After sharing my review with examples of my experiences, the owner responded with a number to contact her. I did and she personally helped me with the issue I was having trying to complete an online purchase. She was very kind and understanding. I appreciate that level of customer service.
Excellent customer service. Picked up order at curbside and needed to change product and had no issues. Rebecca at Customer Service was most helpful.
The store is neat, and the staff is helpful. A representative there, Mike, kept his cool when dealing with an unreasonable and irate customer. The place is definitely well managed.
OMG! Rob, the Baby Manager, was phenomenal today! I asked for a hard to find item. Not only did he check the inventory to see if they had it, he spent time searching for it in the stock room so that I could stop hunting at every other store. He was pleasant, polite and enthusiastic the whole time. Rob really made me feel like my business mattered. Kudos Rob, and thank you so much!
I love the Disney Junior "Minnie" design and store set! It was so easy to put together and my wife and I absolutely love the design of it. It looks stunning! I would (... And already have) recommend this product to anyone who has a need for one.
