AMAZING SERVICE! This review is long overdue as it is always easier to write about an unpleasant experience then to take the time to write about an excellent one. This was exactly my experience! They were amazing, from competitive pricing, to not only helping with the manufacturer error but going so far above and beyond that I only wish I was having another baby so that I could be a returning customer:) There was an issue with my dresser, not to any fault of The Baby's Room, but a defect in the assembly of the unit. Not only did they deal with the manufacturer to get me a new one, but they dropped off the new one and took the old one away free of delivery charge. Simon was so pleasant to work with, as it is not always easy dealing with an upset 8 month pregnant mamma, but he was very calm and patient and followed through with all that he promised. Again, I can not express enough how amazing they were with dealing with an issue that was not caused by them at all. Love the furniture but loved the service even more:)

My wife purchased an UppaBaby stroller here over a month and a half ago, and she has still not received the item. When she calls, they tell her “next week” every time she calls. They REPEATEDLY GUARENTEED she would have it before her due date, which was yesterday. I called to inquire and the gentleman I spoke to denied ever making any guarantee, after making the guarantee three times. Terrible , unreliable business practices. Go elsewhere for reliability

My expectations were exceeded today at The Baby's Room in St Jacobs! My husband had read some negative reviews and those reviews were the exact opposite from what we experienced today! We went to Baby's R Us yesterday looking at cribs. We thought they looked a little cheap and poor quality. When my sister referred us to The Baby Room, I was willing to give it a try. They had a great selection of quality wood cribs and dressers. I loved that they had them packaged together with mattress and contouring pad! Heather was an exceptional sales associate. She easily spent 2 hours with us. She knew EVERYTHING! !! Because of her vast knowledge we ended up learning about the best stroller, car seat, glider.... needless to say, I'm sure we will end up getting everything we need from The Baby's Room!
I don't think that we have ever experienced better customer service! We have purchased cribs, dressers and chairs for both of our children at this location. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that their items have arrived before our children were born. They have also assisted us when we ran into a situation that required a new piece to replace something that was damaged well after delivery. Thank you for everything you have done!
