Thai special fried rice taste good and fast processed

I had ordered the yellow curry with cauliflower rice and unfortunately it came with normal white rice. However, when I called the Thai Express at CF Fairview Mall they were quick and courteous to rectify the situation (I can’t eat rice due to dietary restrictions). It was closing time and they were unable to get a driver at that time to deliver (I was unable to personally go) but wrote down my info for when I called in future. Honestly I didn’t think they would remember but when I called, to my surprise they had everything recorded to remake my personalized order and the manager made and delivered my order himself. They’ve always been good to me and we all make mistakes and they did right by me. I will continue to order from CF Fairview Thai Express! The food is great and I love that they now have options on their menu that accommodate different food restrictions/diets. Thank you to the team at this particular Thai Express for being a solid restaurant with excellent customer service, it didn’t go unnoticed!
Excellent taste. I ordered stir fry with soya garlic with steam rice, it tasted yummy!!!
After others where served ahead of me, i ordered the Chicken Pad Thai. 4 of us tried to eat it trying to find someone who would eat it. No one liked it. Too much spice and sauce, too little meat for the price. Won't buy from here again. The oriental man behind the the counter needs to develop better people skills.

I ordered the vegan Pad Thai from their vegan menu card. They asked "no egg?" Which I guess was good, since somebody there doesn't quite understand what vegan means. A little wild to me if you're in the business of making people their food. Taste was good, but I thought pad Thai has peanuts in it... None found.. also no tofu, but I guess I didn't ask for tofu. So basically a box of noodles, no protein,a a few veggies for 9.58tax.
I’ve been going to this place for years to the point where they no my order without me saying it. It’s usually a hit or a miss, but when it’s good it’s amazing so I keep going back hoping to strike lightning. Today I ordered BASIL fried rice withe EXTRA BASIL. I was on my phone when they started making it so when I looked up everything was in the bowl ready to go. I didn’t see any basil on top as usually, but I shrugged it off an thought may be it was on the bottom. I couldn’t see when he was putting in the take out box, but I asked him if this was the BASIL fried rice and he smiled in my face and said “Yes, extra spicy”. I got home and I’m not exaggerating when I tell you there is LITERALLY zero basil in my BASIL fried rice. I’m so flabbergasted right now. If you don’t have basil just so and I would have ordered something else, but to deliberately deceive a LONG time customer like that is so appalling. I’m never going back to this place again.
Vegan options, friendly service. Food tastes fantastic and stays warm for a long time in the (compostable?) to go boxes.
