I STRONGLY WRONGING EVERYONE ABOUT THIS PLACE NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS, I HVAE BOUGHT A SAMSUNG S10 SCREEN PORTION AND IT COSTS ME 40 AND IT BROKE JUST BY TYPING AND WHEN I GO TO ASK FOR A REPLACEMENT, “oh we don’t have that kind anymore and we don’t do warranty”. (GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND SAVE MUCH MORE !!!)

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! Dishonest and deceptive business. I purchased a screen protector for my iphone 11 for 35.02 form their store in Limeridge Mall. The sales lady with a glass asked me if she could put on the screen protector for me and I said Yes, Please. I watched her put on the screen protector on my phone and saw her struggling to get it fit properly. She tried again with another piece and gave the phone back with a straight line scratch mark across the middle of the screen. When I ask her about the mark she told me it will will go away within 24 hours. It made me angry when she told me that it will cost me 5 for this simple service. I would have easily put on the screen protector myself if I know she was going to charge me for it. To me this is a dishonest and deceptive business practice since she did not disclose that I will have to pay for this simple 1 minute service. After such a bad experience with this store I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.
Salam at the Kitchener mall is the best salesman I’ve come across in a long time. He listened to our needs and made recommendations which we liked. I will not hesitate to come back to his shop again. Keep up the great customer service!
I had purchased a screen protector for my husband's phone and brought it home to put on myself. In putting it on, I broke it. I returned to the store and Salman replaced it no questions asked. I have purchased several phone cases from the store and he has always treated me so well and gave me great deals. Excellent service.
Customer service is amazing. The labor service is horrible. Had a screen protector put on phone and later that day the phone dropped and because he didn't fully click my otterbox together the back glass cracked. 2 days pass and the screen protector actually fell off. Sorry man, you seem like a genuine dude but your products and service don't qualify more than a star. Best of luck in the future. I won't be returning for a refund.
I visited this store for the first time recently and was amazed by the excellent customer service, I received from the moment i walked into the store. I was greeted by a friendly staff member immediately who pointed me towards what i was looking for which was an iphone case and screen protector. I am very happy by the products I purchased as well as the impressive in store experience i was given. I will definitely buy cases and screen protectors from here and looking forward to another great visit.
