This bank is always so filthy and disgusting. I dont think it ever gets cleaned. Garbage on the floor always. The machies are repulsive and no hand santizer in sight ! We are trying to stop the spread of covid with money and buttons being one of the biggest issues with contamination. What a disgrace. All the money they make and not one clean thing in there. Stay away!!

Write a note to the entrance mantığın tellers are not working .Don't make ppl wait for half an hour for nothing . I have taken an appointment but no one called after half an hour I have entered and asked what is happening why didn't you call . They mentioned you need to go teller . I told I think it is a joke . Worse TD Bank branch ever .

Terrible experience. Sent in with a suspected fraudulent account, and they could not even be bothered to move to help me, or even provide basic information. Told me to call Equifax and complain to them, dude apparently really didnt want to help me. Went down the street to a different location with much more courteous staff, who were able to start helping me getting the situation sorted out. What the hell TD?

All the staff I encountered while visiting this branch were very friendly. This was my first time visiting the new branch which is cash free and the staff were very informative and helpful with guiding me around the online service. Very happy with my experience at this location! Excellent customer service!

Deserves a no star rating. What kind of "bank" doesnt have tellers to assist with cash services. Less service and yet my account fees go up in March? Rude staff as well.

This new branch doesn't have tellers. Instead, there are a few people who are supposed to help. We were there a couple of weeks ago, and were treated incredibly rudely. She spoke to another staff person in front of us as if we weren't there, and complained about having to see us. The only reason we're not giving this 1 star is because someone else eventually helped us in a more respectful way. Unfortunately, the start of the appointment left us still feeling quite shocked by how we were treated.

Rude, unhelpful and impersonal staff. Not security conscious. When I entered, there was nobody in sight. Waited around for a while until someone came out of what looked like a lunchroom and got a look like a customer being there was a problem. Asked for my banking services and she directed me to an ATM. Asked if I can work with a person? Was instead curtly directed again to the ATM. When I asked a question about my account she looked it up - BUT she just took my card out of sight and started entering my banking information on her keyboard instead of having me swipe it securely with a PIN entry through a machine. She then provided me the information without verifying my identity. When I asked again to handle my banking with a person, she would not help me, again rudely told me to use an ATM. I told her I'd rather work with a person at another branch and she told me I was welcome to take my business elsewhere. This has been my branch since I was a kid, clearly customer service and security is no longer a priority to TD and it's reflecting through the attitude of their staff. Seems like other reviewers are having similar experiences.

The reason why I closed all my RBC accounts and switched to TD. This is my third appointment at this branch and the customer service has been exceptional. The previous two times it was just me but today I had my three kids and wife with me. I was on edge with the kids running and shouting but Gordana was very calm. She even helped with the kids over a 90 minute consultation. All in all, my needs were met and Gordana even followed up with a personal email. Take note RBC, I changed banks for a reason! TD is the best banking service I've experienced in five countries and certainly the best in Canada.
