Always a fun place to look around, They have lots of stuff, I don’t really talk to the Staff so I have no opinion on that. Prices are high though
Excellent customer service and selection but the prices of the merchandise is too high. I will be taking my business elsewhere even though I would prefer to support local businesses instead of making big business even richer. This review has been edited.
I purchased an Audio-Technica LP60 turntable from this location recently and could not be happier with the customer service that I received. I was delighted by the friendly and helpful staff members that seemed to genuinely enjoy working in the store. The selection of music and other audio gear was more extensive than the Guelph location I also visited in search of my most recent purchase. Even though I visited the store during extremely busy holiday hours, I had a very positive experience thanks to the professionalism of the staff at this location.

I have walked through the store a few times, never bought anything. They need to expand their inventory more. If they started supplying K-pop merchandise, no just BTS. They will get more business. K-pop is the new global market demand. Check online, you will see. Hoping to help you boost sales. I can promise you this, if I see a huge selection of K-Pop items, shirts, posters, plushies, etc...I will take pictures and promote you guys in the K-Pop groups I am in. Which has over 7 thousand members at least in all 36 groups I am in.
Picked up a season of Mom and the price label on it said 13.99... they scanned it and told me the new price is 26.99... when asked why they said that they are relabeling everything and motioned to a guy resticker.. when asked if they could do anything they said sorry don't have anyone to authorize that... Disgraceful.. how does something go from 13.99 to 26.99 when season 5 is 24.99..( or maybe that wasn't marked up yet) no cool sunrise uncool
