I have to comment on the work that was done by Subjects property maintenance. They were very quick to respond to my initial request. We discussed the issue at hand, which was work that had been done by another contractor and not done correctly. Mervin had suggested a solution to the problem and gave me a very fair price for the job! The work was completed in a timely fashion, and the drainage problem was resolved. Mervin is good to his word and I have no hesitation is in recommending this company. I will most certainly be giving them a call again should I have any further need for their services.
I found these guys on Kijiji and they were very quick to respond. Communication through phone call or text for the consumer convenience is not a problem for them. They arrived the next day thanks to an unexpected cancellation and came at the exact time they said they would. Respect for my property, expertise, service, the right equipment these guys have it all. Highly recommended! Thanks again guys
I would highly recommend Subjects for your property services. I found their ad on Kijiji, desperate to find a company that could come and remove alot of dirt piled on my driveway quickly and at a very reasonable price. They were at my place the next day at the time they said they would be there, first thing in the morning with a price I could afford. Also very quick and friendly. I have dealt with Subject's Property Maintenance for at least 15 years and I have had excellent service from this company. The men that come to my home are polite and friendly. They remove snow quickly and do a great job - the lawn service is great too . They are always willing to do any extra outdoors work that I need done.
