Given the run around after almost 2 years of appointments. His secretary kelly is terrible with patients and at slow to respond (months or not at all). Was persistent on his medical ethics of doing no harm (non-malefice) but failed me on the other areas of medical ethics: Beneficence (performing surgery would've restored my mobility and quality of life) Autonomy (giving the patient the choice to have a life changing and needed foot reconstruction). The issue remains that he is one of few who perform foot reconstructions, unless you have the resources to pay privately. Don't waste your time with this Dr.

Great Doctor but his secretary is terrible . Rarely answers the phone, never calls you back, if on a rare time there is even room on the answering machine to leave a message for a call back. Takes for ever to get prescriptions filled. Her child is usually hiding under her desk. I would give 5 stars if it was not for his secretary.
Always smiling and fun to chat with. Excellent at his profession and very informative with his patients.
One of the best doctors I have ever met! Funny, experienced, knowledgeable down to earth type of guy! Works out of Grand River Main at the Fracture Clinic on 2nd Floor in Kitchener, ON. And has his own practice on 675 Queen St. Kitchener,ON.
Wonderful guy, funny, encouraging who installed new knee that did not require any pain meds after leaving hospital. That was 8 years ago.
Excellent surgeon. Has a great personality. Very friendly man and listens to you. He has been my surgeon for 18 years.
Dr. Stevens has the best bedside manner of any doctor I've ever been involved with. The first time he met my wife, he called her by name because her name was on my chart.
A very wonderful man make you feel so comfortable!!! Also knows his stuff
