There's a good selection of flooring options here, including all the standards that you would expect like tile, hardwood, engineered hardwood, laminate, and carpeting. The store is open and inviting, clean and well organized. Many products they have in stock and you would be able to take away same day. Prices are reasonable.

Staffs are great and helpful. This place is nice and clean, got a large selections: flooring, counter tops, area rugs, backsplash, wall tiles, etc. The price is right. Free parking. Staffs even load all the tiles I bought. Awesome service. I highly recommend that you check this place specially if you are doing home improvement/renovation.

We had a very pleasant experience with this place. We were searching for a store to purchase floors to aid in our renovation of our kitchen and dining area, and decided on Source Flooring Distributions due to our past positive experiences with this place. The area was very clean, and after having a look around, we decided on the colour of our laminate. We were instantly greeted by Brenden, who was very kind and knowledgable about floors. He calculated the price, and gave feedback on the colour of our stairs. Overall, our experience was very smooth, quick and hassle-free.

Selection is large, great product. Less than helpful staff. Will not allow returns for overages or variance in the product. Value for money is there on the product just do your research and know your specifics before you shop. They do provide kicks or trims to match the flooring so becareful that you can match what you pick.
