Every time I've gone in, the owner and his wife (im assuming) are very friendly and the food very tasty. It is fast food being the reason I gave 4/5. Chicken shawarma meat was a little drier than I'd prefer sometimes but overall a good place to eat

3/5 because of less meat portion on beef poutine, shawarma platter and chicken on the rocks. Meat portion is comparatively very less if you go to any other shawarma place. I would recommend to go 1001 Nights Shawarma. Food quality and taste is satisfactory. Customer service is good. It's weird that we didn't get the right portion of our meal (poutine/chicken on the rocks) as the other customer got it. I have taken the pics for record and reference. Please keep the portion sizes same for every customer regardless of any ethnicity. We felt disappointed though.
This is authentic Shawarma prepared by my Arabic bros! The other places in town don't really taste like Shawarma, they taste like a blend of chicken wrap. After having eaten in the Middle East for predominantly all my life - please try Chicken Shawarma here. You will understand what a Shawarma is supposed to taste like. A unique thing I noticed is that they use fresh quality of dark and white chicken pieces. This is how Chicken Shawarma IS in the Middle East. They don't fill your Shawarma with fat cuts and sell that. They strictly adhere to the recipe and give you quality. I was also impressed by the COVID restrictions taken in this place. You will find a plexi-plastic mesh covering the counter - which is great to see for a shop your size. Keep up the good work guys - until I visit you again soon! :)
This place. The pita wraps are sensational. The veg is fresh and the meat....oh the meat. The beef is top notch but the chicken....drool. I was in the other day after I hadn't been in for a while and I ordered a beef pita wrap. As the gentleman was making my wrap he asked me if I had ever tried the chicken to which I lied and replied o\. So he shaved some fresh chicken shawarma and gave it to me in a little cup. As I ate it he told me how they use real lemon rind and orange rind to flavour the meat. Great service but you can tell they also take what they do seriously. Well done!
This is by far one of the best shawarma platters I’ve had. The fries are crispy, the chicken is juicy and the sauces are delicious. Definitely recommend this place and will be back again. The service was excellent and the portion was fairly large. I give it 5/5.
