This location of the bank of Nova Scotia is located conveniently downtown Kitchener on King Street. It is easily accessible, and not far from bus and train station and parking is free for two hours if you are lucky enough to find a spot. The branch is spacious, clean and organized. The only thing that I did not like was their ABM's that do not have the option to select choices of bills prior to withdrawal of cash. They only pay clients in tewnties, and this might be okay sometimes; however, the option for larger bills would be great if supported in the future.

Why would you lock the doors to your ATM machines? We're on Stage 2 of reopening, and for some strange reason, you guys decide to lock the doors for us Scotia customers to get access to our own cash money. Why? I arrived at your location this morning at 7am. Business hours are closed, but your ATM access should be 24/7. Nope. You guys had to lock us Scotia customers out, therefore, I had to go to BMO to use their ATM, because THEY DON'T LOCK OUT THEIR CUSTOMERS ACCESS TO THEIR OWN CASH MONEY!!! I had to unnecessarily pay 3 to use their ATM, because you guys locked me out from using yours. Very unprofessional.
Slowest system here i walk into the bank during Covid times these 2 tellers not exactly the fastest ive ever seen not impressest
Charles Mom was amazing, he helped me out with lot of things and I would highly recommend this location
