I went in looking for an obscure cable that other computer stores did not have. He looked relentlessly for the cable until he found one. I am very satisfied and would be happy to return to give him more business.
I have used this company to repair my desktop and laptop computers for about ten years. The owner has always done the work at or under the estimate he has given me. I have recommended this business to friends and they too are happy with the way this company does business.
I came here to get my laptop repaired, it needed a new fan. After the 3 week miserable delivery I finally got a phone call from here to get the new fan put in. The owner told me he put the new fan in and also new Thermal Paste, that being said I was happy. Two days later my laptop is having start up glitches on the screen, everything is white, pink, green, for a few seconds and then it fixes itself and goes to my desktop. I ignored this, sadly 2 weeks later my laptop screen is completely messed up in colors and resolution (It was perfectly fine before), So this guy did repair my fan and put new thermal paste but he also messed up & eventually broke my LCD Display. I am definitely not returning to get it repaired here.
All i needed was one bad review and now i will find another tech to fix my systems.
