First time ordered from here,I have ordered Mango diamond Slush and Orange Juice, both are above Expectations , lots of toppings staffs are super-friendly, Impressed with Quality and service, Would highly recommend!

Worst bubble tea, worst customer service. This is the second time I order the mango drink and they don’t have chunks, but they didn’t even tell me that before I order. I said I didn’t want the drink but they said that they can’t refund me. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I have ordered two small avacado smoothie with rainbow jellies in it via Uber eats. I have tried this same a few times so I am quite familiar with their product. Unfortunately the product wasn’t even fresh at all. It has a very bad taste and a pungent smell like that of urine. I have mentioned this to Uber eats as well but they could not process it yet due to this covid 19 situation. I don’t need any sort of refund but I felt that i should post it. I have recommended the same to my friends as well and now all are disappointed. The product is there as such without being touched right now. The service right now is so disappointing. I don’t think I will neither recommend nor try it from my side because of this issue.

I just left real tea bubble tea, after craving a mango slush with tapioca for weeks now... I live 45mins from this location and I really made sure the lady understood I wanted tapioca. I repeated myself 3 times before paying and after she was super rude to me saying it was extra and I needed to pay for it. Which I know and had no problem doing. Super frustrating and disappointed with my service and experience.

Ordered the medium sized mango juice with the mango chunks. The employee being the most arrogant person I have ever seen gives me the small sized one. They had their display of glass sizes all wrong and blames me for ordering the small size. The employee did not even offEr to change my order and she was super rude. Just because of the kind of people working there I would never go back.
