We have hired Raywal for two kitchens. the first kitchen went in on time but was missing pieces and we do not have a date for when they will be installed. The second kitchen is still to be installed. We are now within a week of the slot we were given and still don't have an exact date for installation. 100% would not recommend if you expect any quality of customer service or professionalism.

This is the second kitchen we bought from Raywal, the first one was outstanding, the installer was fantastic and we were very pleased. This kitchen was delivered on time.We had a few problems, as we were missing a cabinet when delivered and the knob were the wrong ones but Erica was on top of it and we had it all taken care of in less than 10 days.
According to the words spoken by the service manager at Raywal, "There's a thousand moving parts in a kitchen and in 20 years I've never seen one go in perfectly." That is a HUGE statement to make about the company you work for and it means that I can express my disappointment about Raywal's service very sincerely. Our front line designer and salesperson was a joy to work with but I think the truth about Raywal is that you will have to wait and see. The problems encountered with our kitchen were identified during the inspection. The inspector IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEM. The service manager then tried to tell us that he spoke "out of turn"! That's because Raywal didn't want to hear that they made mistakes. It has been a month of waiting for service (we don't mind waiting for the faulty cabinet and shelf to be re-made at the factory...that's reasonable) but the actual installation problem means that our countertop cannot go in as scheduled. So, we'll have to re-schedule our countertop AGAIN! That means that Raywal will have inconvenienced us for over 2 months! Raywal's service manager says that the problem is with our window! The designer measured everything! She measured the window! She measured the wall! And she ensured us that the design works. After installation, the cabinet on the right side of the sink projects 18" from the wall, and the cabinet on the left projects 16" from the wall! It does not take a specialist to determine that this is a problem. Getting it corrected has been a nightmare. I cannot in good conscience recommend Raywal to anyone. Beautiful cabinets. Very weak customer service and follow-up.
I wish I could give less, was threatened, misquoted and treated with complete disrespect. Left there feeling like I was bothering Ruqya while wanting to purchase a 20'000 kitchen renovation. Left shortly after and took business elsewhere.
