We have used Pund-IT since opening our business 5y ago. From helping us acquire a new server, to engaging someone to run Cat5 during our leaseholds and coming on-site to Collingwood to put it all together, they have been great. They have always been quick to respond when we have had issues such as our phones going down, (due to internet provider), to liaising with our electronic medical records provider to update our servers as necessary etc. We have our daily back-ups performed off-site etc, all monitored by Pund-IT. Thank you!
Having pund-IT as our service provider gives us the peace of mind that any technical issues will be dealt with as soon as humanly possibly. They are just a phone call away and if they cannot solve the problem immediately, they don't leave you in standby for very long. They are very polite and don't condescend if you ask a very simple question.
